You had another stellar hearing test yesterday, and have had an entire year of tests that show no change in the degree of loss. As of now, we are on track to being able to switch to hearing tests ever six months when you turn 3. Below are your last year's worth of audiograms all mapped out. With the exception of the 500 frequency, you seem to test at the same ranges each time. Maybe next time we'll get another 45db at 500- :)
Now that you are a little taller, you can see Ms. Danielle in the booth through the window. You'll flirt and smile at her during the test, and you always give her a look right before you pull out the testing tubes...which then makes her come back in and set everything back up.
For months now, you are very aware that your ears are your ears. You like getting them, closing the battery door, and even trying to push them back in if/when they stick out a little. Yesterday while Ms. Danielle was still checking the configuration, you started to whine- "mine" "ears!" "my- ears". You had gone a good hour without them in/on, and were ready to get them back. They're yours!
We made it through another ear mold impression, and this time Mom/Dad ordered red and blue swirl.
