3rd Birthday Party - Carter Digs Turning 3!

Car-car -

Oh my goodness - I can't believe you are 3! This year we celebrated on your actual birthday and invited a few special friends, including Ms. Angel (your teacher), Ms. LeeAnn (your development therapist), Dylan Nico, and Willa-bear. Also in attendance were - Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Jake, and Aunt Robyn.

Before everyone arrived - you opened your presents from your family -
Grandma & Grandpa - Pete the Cat Construction Destruction, Sandbox hand digger, drill, and scoop
Aunt Robyn & Uncle Jake - 3d vehicle puzzles
Mom & Dad - Construction outfit, Fireman outfit, Vehicle felt board
M & Pop - Construction Duplo legos
Aunt Lesley & Uncle Zeiter - Wheel barrel

You were pretty excited about the outfits, and loved the megaphone that came with the fireman outfit. You kept yelling - "Attention! Attention! Everybody attention!" Then later - you were telling everyone where the fire was - "Attention, attention. Everybody - there's a fire in the sandbox! We've got to get out!"

Here's the party - all set- up -
Our neighbors were actually worried - something was wrong at our house :)

Favors included a construction hat and mini-construction vehicle-

Mini- strawberry cupcakes and frozen strawberry yogurt - for dessert. You did not eat the cupcake - and still do not like cake.

Willa wasn't feeling well - so it was just you and the boys. You all had fun playing at all the stations, and then after cake - we did an obstacle course, played red rover, and keep away.

 Family pics -
After everyone left, we took a little field trip to a nearby construction site - where we did some trespassing to touch and pretend drive both an excavator and bulldozer.I love all the pretend shots. Could you be any more excited?!

Happy birthday buddy! I hope you had a great birthday and great party! Love you lots!
