We stopped by your class today to talk about your ears, let the kids touch them, and ask questions. I think everyone is loving the microphone and you are loving the attention. Here - you are - acting like you're giving a ted talk - explaining how you decorate your ears.
I forwarded the video to all your former teachers, therapists, and audiologists. They, of course, were not surprised and loved it! :)
Other highlights-
-You telling everyone that you didn't hear the question because too many people were talking!
- In response to someone asking a similar questions- "why do you have those special ears?" - you rolled your eyes and puffed - I already told you- so I can hear better!
We also received a great report from the deaf itinerary lead teacher. "Carter was very focused on the activities and had no trouble following directions. He volunteered to answer questions and was on target with his responses. "
You'll meet your new speech therapist- Ms. Roxanne- next week. Sounds like you had a great first week and we hope that you continue to keep up the good work!
